Shipping Policy

Delivery

There is no charge for delivery within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Delivery charges outside the DC area, if applicable, will be quoted prior to shipment.

In stock items will be shipped the next business day after the order is received. The customer will be advised of a shipping schedule for backordered or special order items. Gem Laser maintains delivery trucks for deliveries in the Washington, DC metro area. Unless otherwise requested or specified, products will be shipped UPS ground from the nearest warehouse.

There is no minimum order amount. Gem Laser reserves the right to apply a $5.00 service charge for local deliveries of orders under $50.00.
